Yemkem  International Nigeria Limited, (formerly known as Alafia Tayo) with corporate head office at 205, Egbeda-Idimu Road, Faith Bus-Stop, was founded by Prince (Dr.) Akintunde Ayeni in the early 90’s. However, the name of the company was changed to Yemkem International Nigeria Limited in order to reflect the modern status which the company has metamorphosed to.

Yemkem International (Nig.) Ltd is not only the first to modernize its operation, but it is a leader in the production & distribution of quality herbal drugs for curative purposes. These products are readily available in all the nooks and crannies of the country.

Today, Yemkem International (Nig.) has over 30 products most of whom have passed standard test of the regulatory agencies like National Agency for Food and Drugs Administration and Control (NAFDAC), and Lagos State Board of Traditional Medicine as well as World Health Organisation.

The company’s drug are produced in an hygienically environment at its factory situated at 1, Akintunde Ayeni Street, Onikanga, Ayobo, Lagos.
